Terms and Conditions for Btronz Techno – Web Development Services
Welcome to Btronz Techno! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations governing the use of our web development services. By engaging with Btronz Techno for any web development services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other guidelines or rules applicable to specific services you may use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from using our services.
2. Services Overview
Btronz Techno specializes in providing custom web development services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Website design and development
- E-commerce website creation
- Web application development
- User interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design
- SEO and digital marketing integration (optional)
- Website maintenance and updates (optional)
All services will be provided according to the specifications agreed upon by Btronz Techno and the client during the initial consultation and contract phase.
3. Client Responsibilities
In order to deliver the agreed-upon services, the client is responsible for:
- Providing Accurate Information: The client must supply accurate project requirements, content, images, and any other materials required for website development.
- Timely Communication: The client must respond to communications, feedback requests, and approvals within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays.
- Hosting and Domain: Btronz Techno does not provide hosting or domain registration services. The client is solely responsible for purchasing and maintaining a hosting plan and domain name with a third-party provider.
- Legal Compliance: The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided for the website complies with local, national, and international laws, including copyright laws and data protection regulations.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made as follows:
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required before project initiation. The deposit is typically 50% of the total project cost unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion, prior to the website being transferred to the client’s hosting server or made live. No work will be released to the client until full payment has been received.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other method agreed upon by both parties.
- Late Payment: Late payments may incur penalties or interest charges. Btronz Techno reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received on time.
5. Project Timeline
Btronz Techno will provide an estimated timeline for project completion based on the complexity and scope of work. However, timelines may be extended in the following circumstances:
- Client Delays: If the client fails to provide required materials (content, images, feedback, etc.) in a timely manner, the project timeline will be adjusted accordingly.
- Scope Changes: Any modifications or additional features requested after the project has started may extend the project timeline and may incur additional fees.
Btronz Techno will keep the client informed of any changes to the timeline during the course of the project.
6. Revisions and Corrections
The client is entitled to a specified number of revision rounds as agreed upon in the project contract. Revisions are limited to minor changes and adjustments within the original project scope.
- Additional Revisions: Any changes beyond the agreed-upon revisions, or changes that fall outside the original scope, will be considered as new work and will incur additional fees.
- Post-Completion Revisions: Once the website is completed and delivered, no major revisions or changes will be made without additional compensation. Corrections for any bugs or errors will be made as per the terms outlined in the original agreement.
7. No Refund Policy
Once the website is fully completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued for any payments made. This includes both the deposit and the final payment. Corrections within the agreed scope will be carried out, but all fees for the website development services are non-refundable.
8. Hosting and Domain Services
As Btronz Techno does not provide hosting or domain registration services, the client is required to purchase hosting from a third-party provider. Btronz Techno will assist with the deployment of the website to the client’s chosen hosting provider, but is not responsible for any hosting-related issues.
The client must ensure their hosting provider supports the website’s technical requirements (e.g., databases, scripts, etc.). Any technical issues related to the hosting provider must be resolved between the client and the hosting provider directly.
9. Ownership and Intellectual Property
- Client-Owned Content: All content (text, images, videos, etc.) provided by the client remains the property of the client.
- Website Ownership: Upon full payment of the project, the client will own all rights to the final website design, code, and related materials.
- Portfolio Rights: Btronz Techno reserves the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
Btronz Techno is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website. The client agrees that the maximum liability of Btronz Techno will be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services provided.
11. Website Warranty and Maintenance
Btronz Techno provides a 30-day post-launch support period to address any technical issues or bugs that may arise. This warranty period begins once the website is delivered or made live. After this period, any additional support, maintenance, or updates will be provided as part of a separate maintenance agreement, if purchased by the client.
Btronz Techno is not responsible for issues arising from third-party software, hosting problems, or client misuse after the post-launch support period.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Btronz Techno is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients. Any personal data collected during the course of the project will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
13. Termination of Services
Btronz Techno reserves the right to terminate services under the following conditions:
- Non-Payment: Failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in the suspension or termination of services.
- Breach of Terms: If the client breaches these Terms and Conditions, Btronz Techno may terminate the project without notice. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
- Client-Requested Termination: If the client wishes to terminate the project before completion, the client will be liable for payment for work completed up to the date of termination. The deposit will not be refunded.
14. Force Majeure
Btronz Techno will not be held liable for delays or failures to perform its obligations if such delays or failures are due to causes beyond its control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.
15. Amendments
Btronz Techno reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
