Return and Refund Policies for Btronz Techno – Web Development Services


At Btronz Techno, we are committed to delivering high-quality web development services tailored to your business needs. We strive for transparency in our processes, and to ensure clarity, we have set the following return and refund policies:


  1. Project Initiation Fees
    Upon agreement and commencement of the project, an upfront deposit is required. This payment is non-refundable and ensures the allocation of resources for your project. The upfront payment also covers initial project research, planning, and design preparation.

  2. Cancellation Policy
    If the project is canceled by the client before substantial development work begins, a partial refund may be issued. The refund will reflect the work completed up to the point of cancellation. Btronz Techno reserves the right to retain the initial deposit if substantial work has been performed.

  3. No Refund After Completion
    Once the website has been fully completed and delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued for any reason. The fees paid for website creation are final, and clients will only be entitled to corrections as per the agreed-upon revision rounds. Corrections will be made if they are within the original scope of work, but there will be no refunds for any project-related payments after delivery.

  4. Client Responsibilities – Hosting and Domain
    Btronz Techno does not provide web hosting or domain registration services. Clients are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their hosting plans and domain names through a third-party hosting provider. We will design and develop the website as per the client’s requirements and assist with deployment to the client’s chosen hosting provider. Any hosting-related issues are solely the responsibility of the client to resolve with their hosting provider.

  5. Revisions and Corrections
    After the website is delivered, clients are entitled to a set number of revision rounds as specified in the project contract. These revisions include adjustments, bug fixes, and design tweaks that fall within the original project scope. Any additional revisions or major changes beyond the agreed-upon scope will incur extra fees based on the complexity of the request.

  6. Scope Changes and Add-Ons
    Any changes to the original project scope or requests for additional features post-project completion will be considered new services and billed separately. This includes but is not limited to new pages, custom integrations, or features that were not included in the initial agreement.

  7. Technical Support and Maintenance
    Btronz Techno offers optional technical support and maintenance services for an additional fee. If these services are not included in the original contract, they can be purchased as an ongoing support package. These services include regular updates, security monitoring, and performance optimization. Without a support contract, Btronz Techno will not be responsible for any issues that arise after project completion.

  8. Refunds for Unused Services
    If the client decides not to proceed with any additional services (such as SEO, content updates, etc.) that have already been paid for but not yet initiated, a refund for those services will be issued. However, refunds will not be provided for any services that have already been initiated or completed.

  9. Delivery Timeline Adjustments
    Btronz Techno is committed to delivering projects within the agreed-upon timeline. However, any delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of content, unavailability for feedback, etc.) will not be grounds for a refund. In such cases, the delivery timeline may be extended, and additional fees may apply if the scope of the project changes due to delays.

  10. Abandonment of Project
    If a project is inactive for more than 30 days due to lack of communication, delays in providing necessary content, or other issues on the client’s side, Btronz Techno reserves the right to mark the project as abandoned. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the client will be billed for the work completed up to that point.

  11. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
    Upon full payment of the project, the client will own all rights to the final website, including its design and content. However, Btronz Techno reserves the right to display the completed website in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  12. Non-Payment and Work Suspension
    If the client fails to make payments as outlined in the project agreement, Btronz Techno reserves the right to suspend or terminate the project. If the project is terminated due to non-payment, no refunds will be issued, and all work completed up to that point will remain the property of Btronz Techno until full payment is received.

  13. Third-Party Integrations and Plugins
    Any third-party integrations, plugins, or services (such as payment gateways, analytics tools, etc.) used in the website are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers. Btronz Techno is not responsible for issues or refunds related to third-party tools or services.

  14. Website Launch and Post-Launch Testing
    After the website is launched, Btronz Techno will conduct thorough testing to ensure everything is functioning properly. Any bugs or issues identified within 30 days of launch will be corrected at no additional cost. However, any major changes or additional features requested after the launch will incur additional charges.

  15. Limitation of Liability
    Btronz Techno’s liability for any project is limited to the amount of fees paid by the client for the services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website.
